“Agenda ng kababaihan tungo sa tagumpay”("Women's agenda to success")

The battle cry of women over centuries has remained significant in the 21st century society. For instance, women have been victims of discrimination and stereotypes. It all started during the imperialism and colonialism era when men were evidently depicted as the dominant figure in the society. While women were confined within the ideology of being slaves, subordinate to men, fragile, and just mere .

Let us pause for a while and reflect. Behind all the celebrations on women empowerment, did we really give equal opportunity to women? Did we really make change work for women? True enough, women are more than just being sexual orientation; they are not just limited to the biological features they possess and greater than the fragile portrayal of the public. My slogan “Agenda ng kababaihan tungo sa tagumpay” entails to highlight women.

Empowerment, but also the manifestation the society has created in giving equal, non Discriminatory, and non-derogatory treatment to women leading to more prosperous nation.

Today, we see women in different field of endeavors, proudly standing to voice and Show their competence and expertise, challenging discrimination, breaking silent battles and Serving as pioneer of change towards sustainable development. There has been equal footage Of work chances for women and men, and all genders to show that unity and equal opportunity Beyond gender is one important factor leading to quality life.

Let us always stand together and remember that when we empower women, we are also growing the seed of strength to our mother, sister, teachers, leaders and many more. When they are given equal opportunity, the whole family they take care of will benefit, leading to a magnificent society. In the like manner, making change work for women enables them to confidently and beautifully contribute to different agencies and institutions to make sure that they are functioning as part of one mechanism of our community.

In many capacities, whether we are students, working individuals, public officials, or private individuals, we can be part of making change work for women by fostering, versing, and living a life that is values centered, gender-responsive, respectful and adaptable.

Let us always remember that the National Women’s Month Celebration is not just an event but an everyday  we have to embrace with the blessing and guidance of the Mighty Creator. Open what is clenched and hold hands as we welcome the prosperity that is coming in standing as one nation.
