My Reflection on ICT Subject

 In the First semester of Grade 10, I learned a lot of things about the lessons taught to us in ICT.  I learned that as a Digital Citizen, I need to be responsible and always think before I click because every move can affect my life. I learned the netiquette or how we should in the internet, law against the cyber crime, the start of social networking site and how technologies evolved and affected our daily lives. This lesson is very important to be taught in school especially to young people like us because it is during our time where technology is taking over our lives. As an Empowered Digital citizen, we should know what to do and think if what we are always doing on the internet is right or wrong.

The lessons that i learned in the first term helped me become the responsible digital citizen that I am today. I taught me how to be a responsible person online because whatever i do in the internet can affect others too. Learning about the cyber crime law taught me how to use the internet wisely, the things I should and should not do. I also learned about new advancements in our technology and how it makes our lives more convenient. All these new discoveries made me realize that we shouldn't  take technology for granted instead we should use it to become better netizens.
